All orders are shipped using trackable delivery service from our warehouse in Plovdiv, Bulgaria within 1-3 working days. Usually it takes 1-10 working days for a package to reach your doorstep. We will provide you with a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey.

Returns
You can return any unused items in their original condition and packaging in 30 days from the day you or someone on behalf of you has received your parcel. You will get a refund in 14 days after we've received your parcel. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
To return an item just fill out our return form which you have received with your order (or download here), pack it with all items in a sturdy package and ship them to our address Stilna Jena EOOD, 1 Pryaporets str., 4004, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. You will have to bear the costs for shipping. Please, consider using a trackable service and save all receipts and proof of shipment. Customers are responsible for any lost parcels when returning products to Fé.
Faulty items
All items are strictly checked prior to shipping. However, if you have received a faulty item, please contact us to resolve the issue. If your parcel has been damaged during transportation, please take the time to take a photo of the damage and ask the courier to fill out a damage report.
Uncollected parcels
If you are unable to collect your package we will have to charge you with the original delivery fee. It will be deducted from your refund.
