Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If after 14 working days you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible at the moment. If you need to exchange an item, please send it back to us and place a new order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
